Blogging with a mango flavour

Here’s an example of why we say that blogs are great spaces for conversations.

A group of mango framers in Maharashtra’s (India) Devgad region have put up a website to reach consumers directly, and protect their interests. The website has a blog which tells you about their plans, apologises for errors, and asks for support. And seems like they’ve got it right. The warm tone, responses to comments, and frank way of addressing issues are the very points PR guys and marketers stress on.
